"Reflexology is a hands-on treatment for vitality and well-being."Foot Reflexology is a non-invasive therapy – it is a focused pressure technique based on the premise that there are zones and reflexes on the foot which correspond to and are relative to all parts, glands and organs of the entire body. When these reflexes are stimulated on the feet, by using gentle touch or massage, the body's energy works along the nervous system to clear any blockages in the corresponding zones. A reflexology session seems to break up deposits (felt as sandy or gritty areas under the skin) which may interfere with this natural flow of the body's energy.
